As you learn about weather you will be answering the following essential question.

How does weather affect the decisions that we make in our lives - present and future, including where we live and how we work and play?

While answering this question you will be a member of two specific learning groups – a topic group and a base group.

In your topic group you will be gathering information on one of the folowing focus areas: weather disasters and snowstorms, cloud types and the water cycle, meteorology and weather records, climates and seasons, and pollution.  Follow the graphic organizer to help you begin and expand your research.

In your base group you will be sharing your information, completing learning activities and presenting information for learning logs.
